Our Loyalty Programme
We love that so many of you have been part of our family for years and so have put in place a loyalty programme on our General Store site to say thank you. This means you can receive discounts on all future orders.
How our loyalty programme works
- You are automatically joined up as soon as you make a purchase. You need to make sure you log in each time you shop to ensure all your orders will earn you points.
- We have tried to make it as simple as possible – who needs complicated equations. So:
$1 spent = 1 point
- Then when you want to spend your points, 100 points gives you a $5 discount
- Click 'Pay with Points' at the checkout to spend your points.
If you do not log-in, your order is not eligible for points. Ensure you use the same user name and password to keep all your points in one place.

Just login into your account and go to the check out.
Returning or cancelling orders: -
- If you return items for a refund, your loyalty points for the item will be deducted from your points balance.
- If you return the item and you have already redeemed the loyalty points on a subsequent order, the dollar value of the points discount will be deducted from the value of your refund or store credit.
Terms & Conditions:
- If you cancel an order, the points from that order will be deducted from your points balance as you have not completed the purchase.
- Loyalty points are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable between customers.
- We cannot manually credit or use points as payments for phone orders, cash sales or show purchases. Loyalty points can only be earned and redeemed via www.BrollySheetsGeneralStore.com website.
- Loyalty points cannot be transferred to any other Brolly Sheets website. They are only valid for our General Store at this time.
- Please note we reserve the right to change or end our loyalty points program at any time, and changes will be advised in our newsletter and on our website. The value of points may change in the future.
